Bought a 2013 Mustang from them about 2 weeks ago. The car is now dead in the water with a bad PCM, had a bad O2 sensor bad clutch safety switch and a busted transmission crossmember but when I called to inform them of the cross member being busted (which is what holds up the transmission and driveshaft from falling out from the car) I was told “The guys won’t want to do anything about that” then got a call back maybe 20 minutes later being told they weren’t going to help me with the repairs and it was on me, was told I was going to receive a second key for the car which I’m yet to receive and now the car will not start and I’m out of a vehicle. It was hard to leave this review because everyone that I worked with at Ron Greenwells was very nice, honest, and meant well. That being said I came to purchase a solid car and that is not what they had. Before deciding to to fly out to purchase one of the vehicles I was apprehensive because of the other reviews I have seen. I decided anyways to take a day off of work to fly out, Uber to Muncie from the Indianapolis airport, and test drive a car that I planned to buy (had a cashiers check ready to go). Luckily I decided to take it into a mechanic before purchasing for a quick vehicle inspection even though it test drove great with no apparent issues. Update car still stops while driving. These people are very crooked! 😔 Update, finally had a mechanic look at the car. Advised they knew this car had issues when they sold it to us! They will lie to you to make a sale. NEVER buy from this dealership! Nothing but problems with the car we bought. Within 20 minutes of leaving the car lot. So many issues! Bought at 6pm and called at 8 am when opened to return and they would not take back. Do not buy from this dealership!

Recently, my sister was involved in a car accident, thankfully she's okay, but her car was a total loss. To help her out, my dad found a replacement at Ron Greenwell Automotive. They picked it up, but on the way home, it became clear the car had serious running issues. When my parents contacted the dealership to address these problems, they were outright ignored. It's disheartening to think they sold a defective car knowing its condition, especially considering the $7,000 spent. This situation has left my sister without reliable transportation for school and work. In challenging times like these, losing $7,000 is not a small matter. Ron Mike and Dustin were good people as far as my lifted powerstoke it’s a sweet good running truck. What sealed the deal was a good blunt as Dustin said. I was expecting some some quality product and what I received was mid grade that was horrible. Great cars great service but I would definitely improve on the product that you would like to share with customers to seal the deal. Product=🌲
