From the first phone call to the final handshake, the staff at Ron Jon's Automotive was professional, helpful, accommodating, and kind. The service advisors kept me abreast of the progress, helped me understand and navigate confusing decisions, and took my concerns seriously. The mechanics explained things and made sure the work was top quality. Nobody likes to pay for car repairs, but I believe I got great service for the price I was charged. I have been coming to Ron Jon’s since the early 2000s I am generally a do it yourselfer But there are always times when I need more expertise than I have. They have worked on every vehicle I have owned without issues I have used them to evaluate used cars that I was going to purchase I can honestly tell you that this is the most honest and capable automotive shop I have ever dealt with in my 62 years on the planet. I have recommended many people and have always gotten the same reaction. While their business has grown over the years, the ethic and attitude has never changed. It still feels like a family run business. These are the best at what they do They are affordable And above all They are honest I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.

I was on the way to my friend's wedding ceremony from South Florida, and broke a transmission line 15min away. My friend recommended Ron Jon's. Im definitely happy with the recommendation. Ron Jon’s Shop in Orlando took great care of my daughter’s F-150. She’s in school, so scheduling is tough — they worked her in with a Saturday appointment, which we really appreciated. The truck needed routine chassis service (ball joints/related components greased), and they handled it professionally and efficiently. Solid communication, quality work, and you can tell they’ve earned their reputation. We’ll be back and will use them going forward.
