Had Chris come out to check on my roof air conditioner because it was freezing up. In a short time he found the issue, informed me what he needed to do, and got it fixed. He was able to explain everything in a way I would understand without making me feel uncomfortable for not knowing, like many others have when it comes to rv, car, and other repairs. I have recommended him to many friends and family!

Chris is wonderful. He is always a pleasure to deal with. He has fixed several things in our travel trailer and the service and work is impeccable. I will be calling him soon again to fix our awning.

Similar to the most recent review what started out as a good experience and response time ended with Chris ghosting me after accepting $250.00 Service Call and failing to give me a receipt so that I could get that amount back on my 2024 Keystone Retreat. Chris had came out previously on a couple of small warranted items and seemed to be an honest person especially presenting himself as a Veteran as I am myself. After weeks of waiting to have him assess my awning and roof issues finally did show to take videos and pictures, just afterwards no response either voice-mail or text. The RV Technician Chris and his son did an awesome job on my class C RV. We had a leak on our roof and Chris helped identify and repair that leak. In addition to that he cleaned and re-sealed all of the dicor on the roof. He also resealed all of the windows and any place on the RV where there was a seam. What was most impressive about Chris Was we had an area that was not connected properly on the front of our RV and we believe it was a manufacturing defect. Chris came up with a very innovative idea on how to repair that seam. We would recommend Ronin RV and Chris to anyone out there that has an RV that needs an inspection or repair or anything related to your RV.
