I wouldn’t take my wheelbarrow to him!!! I took my car to him over two months ago!, for about the fifth time! The check traction light was on, which affects the brake light! He told me four or more times that it would be ready by Friday!!! When I finally went to get it, he said he couldn’t find anything wrong!!! It had been sitting out in the weeds! I had to scrub it for two hours!! The tires were low of air! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH MR. LYLES!!

Asked for my serpentine belt and thermostat to be replaced while they were replacing failing my water pump since they were going to have it all apart, but they only repaired the water pump. Got it back and noticed it was leaking coolant (wasn’t previously), was told the new water pump could be bad. Asked them again to replace the serpentine belt and thermostat since they were going to have it apart again, and again they didn’t. My serpentine belt is now squeaking and will need replaced soon, presumably from the coolant that leaked on it after the new water pump was installed. The shop guys were polite and pleasant to work with, just wish I didn’t now need an expensive serpentine belt replacement. Tracking down the owner took several days bc he has two shops and never answers the phone

Ronnie is my hero. My 2016 Ford Edge had a power loss problem that, according to the web posts I found, had been stumping Ford dealerships across the country. Ronnie had the car in his shop two different times & finally found a simple vacuum leak that, by all appearances, has resolved the problem.
