I always thought this was a mom and pop backwoods shop. Boy was I surprised!! Very professional and fully up to date. A deer hit my son’s car. It looks as good as new. AND they took the time to clean the inside, wasn’t required or necessary, just a point they go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Top notch service. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle and pick it up. I was hit by a driver in UHaul truck and, because I lease the vehicle through my business, I wanted OEM parts. They were diligent in following the manufacturer's procedures, and kept me informed throughout the process. Knowing what I know about the collision industry, using the manufacturer's parts and processes are a must that every customer should demand from their insurance company. A vehicle is specifically designed for safety, and not following the manufacturer's process or not using their parts can compromise the safety of the vehicle. They were adamant in following these. I highly recommend Ron's Collision, and send everyone who asks to them.

When they washed the car they scratched the car then said it’s black. Basically that washing it will scratch it. I have only ever taken the car to a touch less car wash.
