I had the srs light on from replacing the seat belt tensioner at another shop and after putting it on another code popped up making the light stay on rooks automotive was able to fix the problem and get the light to go off in less than 10 minutes for half the price I was being charged elsewhere even said if it didn’t work he wouldn’t have charged me he went out his way and provided great service!

I just had my transmission replaced at Rooks Automotive, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! They took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. they kept me updated throughout the process, so I felt completely in the loop. The quality of their work was great; Plus, their pricing was fair and transparent, which is a huge relief. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend Rooks Automotive. They really care about their customers, and it shows! If I need anymore work done on my truck, I will definitely be going back to them again!

Was driving from Orlando up to Myrtle Beach when my AC suddenly began blowing hot air. Not ideal for a long drive in July! After a quick stop at Advance Auto Parts, they recommended I head to Rooks to get my problem resolved. I was in and out in under 30 minutes after a little bit of freon, my AC was back to working order! I even had a picture drawn for me and will somehow be featured on the local radio station after being "interviewed" for my very positive experience...... A bizarre but pretty awesome & unexpected detour for me on my travels. Thank you Mike from Advance Auto Parts for sending me their way and thank you Rooks for a job well done! :)

Rooks helped me out big time when my van became disabled on a 1500 mile road trip. Randomly called here, got towed, and they had me diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in a fantastically short time. Excellent service, seemed like a very fair price, couldn't be happier I came here. As a bonus, got to play with their very sweet and friendly baby while I waited!
