Rootz Auto Sales

I went to rootz auto sales and my experience was outstanding. I went there multiple times with an old bad car, due to having so many problems with it ( tires, brakes, oil). And it finally died, which they were so kind to try to fix it for me. They advised me to get another car from their auto shop, which they guaranteed me with a full check up. And if something goes wrong I can always trust them to bring my car up to this shop and they can help me fix it without scamming me. I love my new car and I feel safe in it. The customer service was amazing. They went out of their way to help me and advise me. As a young female it’s easy to be scammed at a car auto shop, but Rootz auto sales was good to me and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

Rootz Auto was amazing to work with. I had an old beat up Volkswagen Passat and needed to get new used car. They were able to take mine in as trade in. The sales guys Ayeman and Eyu are great to work with. They answered every question I had quickly and promptly. I much prefer the the experience of this small dealership over the big ones. Now I have a nice 2016 Cadillac XTS!!! Thank you again!

I purchased a vehicle recently, customer service was great including they were fair, we worked out a reasonable price on the 2013 Subaru, it has good horse power, it’s been running great. A week later I even helped my friend purchase a vehicle from Rootz Auto Sales. He Thanked me for it.

Only by appointment told us tuesday we could see a car so we changed our schedules he canceled cause the car was in st paul and said for sure friday he will make sure we can see it. Now he said he cant today either but we can go to saint paul to see it. They act like no one elses time matters don't count on appointments with them also they only take cash or cashier check very sketchy. They have no idea how to run a dealership and care about no ones time but their own.
