My 2022 Carnival developed a persistent “Radar Blocked” message that would shut off the cruise control. The team diagnosed the issue and replaced the audio unit (the infotainment/head unit), and for two days everything worked perfectly. When the error returned, they were ready to take the vehicle back immediately. My Service Advisor, Jeff Taylor, has been exceptional throughout this entire process. He communicated clearly, kept me informed at every step, and genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Roper Kia Joplin! Yesterday, my dad purchased his second Kia from Roper Kia in Joplin, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We went in just hoping to see what they could do for us — not expecting to leave with a new vehicle. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and treated with genuine care. We explained our situation, and Mike Connelly immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. Within an hour, he and the finance manager worked out an incredible deal for us— one that fit our. budget perfectly. I've been here twice. We made it fairly clear our last visit we didn't want any extended warranties. An extended warranty was snuck into the contract at signing, and we had to go back and forth with the sales manager that we didn't want it. They made it seem like it couldn't be removed. I mailed a letter on February 1st requesting the $3000.00 warranty to be cancelled and that hasn't happened. I already have the factory warranty and advertised 200,000-mile warranty for free I don't need 3 warranties. They traded in my car I will give them respect for that but the extended warranty I've dealt with twice with both of my new vehicles.
