Roper Used Cars

We purchased a 2020 Cadillac xt6 from Roper used cars. Riley helped us with the test drives (yes drives). We were there with the intention of maybe buying an Acura on the lot. There was no bait and switch. It was our decision to switch and so far we are thrilled with the purchase and the experience. We were at the dealership about 3 hours total. Most of that was making up our mind to go with a bigger vehicle. The main reason I purchased from a dealership 3 hours away was the 2011 Jeep we purchased here several years ago and the experience was just like it was before. Fast, Easy, Fair with no pressure. This is a delayed review, but my experience here was fantastic, so I have to share. In October of 2024, I had the pleasure of working with Ethan Crider, he made the process of buying a car incredibly easy and straightforward, mind you this was my first time ever buying a car, so I felt like I was in over my head. I knew exactly what I wanted, so once we got to the dealership he got me set up for a test drive, as soon as we got back we started the paperwork! I was and am still very satisfied with the deal that he got me. I highly recommend Ethan Crider to anyone that is in the market for a new car.

They sold me a car with a cracked transmission. I bought the extended warranty with the vehicle. As soon as I got it home I called the next day telling them it was leaking in my garage. They told me to take it to a shop. I did and the warranty company denied my claim. I called and vented my frustration and they said it wasn't leaking when they had it. It was leaking at the CV joint as well, costing me 700.00 the oil was leaking from the oil pan. I thought all vehicles were inspected ? Not happy with them at all.
