Roper's Wrecker Service

I had to get my car towed down the road due to two flat tires, I called around and eventually landed on Roper’s, the dispatcher Juan was really nice and quick and had the driver come out within an hour. I’ve unfortunately had to go through another towing company previously that was literally terrible so Roper’s was a breath of fresh air! The driver who helped me was Josh Hancock and he was also very sweet, informative, and answered all my dumb questions! Thank y’all for what you do! Genuinely!

We were stranded on the highway and feeling pretty stressed, but our tow truck driver Joshua Hancock truly went above and beyond to help us. He arrived promptly, handled everything professionally, and made sure we were safe the entire time. What really stood out was his positive attitude—he had a genuine smile and an uplifting spirit that immediately put us at ease. In a tough situation, his kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommend.

My car stopped on US 75 in McKinney during rush hour on a Friday evening. Thankfully I was able to get it on the shoulder. McKinney PD called Roper’s Wrecker for me. John Spradling arrived quickly and did the work efficiently to take me and my car to the Toyota dealership. He was professional, kind, and very reasonable with his pricing. I would definitely use him again if I need a tow.

We had a great experience with Roper’s Wrecking. I totaled our work truck and needed extra help with moving our large (and very heavy) service box, to our new truck. This company was happy to help (for an affordable fee). They offered amazing customer services. I highly recommend them!

I called because my skid steer was buried quite a bit in mud. Adam showed up got it out in less than an hour. After a few “failed” attempts, he remained optimistic and worked diligently to get me out. His work ethic and customer service was outstanding to say the least, great guy I should add as well.
