My husband and I , had to purchase a vehicle! We had gone to the Nissan dealership, which was a Huge mistake ! We read the Rose City reviews , and were very pleased, with what we read. Now we certainly understand why , they get these rave reviews ! We went on a Saturday , quite a busy day ! The reception personal was kind @ professional ! Then our Sales personal was Olivia , what can we say “ absolutely incredible “!!! Professional , patient, caring , personable! Knowledgeable, NOT pushy , & truly was there to aid us, in all of our questions & concerns ! Everything was done on time from when I.arrived until when I picked up my car later. Received a quick ride home and when the service was done , I was called and the driver picked me up at my home and drove me to the dealership to my car . Joey the service guy was awesome and told me everything I needed like arranged drop offs and pick ups and approximately what time the car would be done. My driver was very open and easy to talk with. It was a pleasant experience and Rose City certainly has the service area running smooth,.friendly and efficiently 👌👍
