I will only go to this dealership. I have never had a bad experience. The team members are wonderful, honest, and fair. I drive almost 1.5 hours each way to get my oil changed. That should tell you all you need to know!! Highly recommend! Shout out Matthew Larson for always being so kind and professional.

I had an online scheduling issue when trying to change my appointment, but Freddy was quick to help coordinate and schedule service in a time that worked for me. He was very professional and courteous, and I appreciated the ease of communication. I will be coming back for all my services appointments.

Worst Chevrolet dealer service I have ever experienced I am the owner of a brand new Chevrolet Suburban that is still under factory warranty. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic related to the emissions or EVAP system. I was instructed to arrive at 7:00 AM on Monday. I arrived on time. The vehicle was checked in and I was told to leave it and that they would contact me. No one contacted me the entire day on Monday. No phone call, no message, no update. On Tuesday at 10:00 AM, I called the service department myself. I was told that they would contact me within two hours. More than two hours passed and nothing happened. Bought my car here and was a great experience as the salesmen were all pretty accommodating and gave me the deal I wanted. Plenty to choose from too both new and used. Ben and Moe were a pleasure to work with and did their very best to meet my needs. I even got new back brakes and an alignment even though the vehicle was out of its warranty (I ended up getting an extended drive train warranty anyway) for future protection at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Ask for Ben if possible as he'll work with you as best he can.

I took my car in to be serviced on July 22nd for an A/C issue. The technicians there incorrectly diagnosed the problem and switched out a part that needed not to be repaired; I was charged in the thousands for a service that didn’t even fix the issue at hand. 7 days later, I came back with the car, since the same issue came back, where they proclaimed that the issue was now another part that they did not check, which somehow passed their own routine inspection. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue, to correctly fix what I paid for the first time, but they simply refused to help me out. Now, they wanted us to pay an ADDITIONAL $3,000 to fix what they hadn’t the first time, as if I hadn’t already paid for a service they had FAILED to deliver. I even provided the paperwork showing the
