I had an accident in sf and had these guys fix it when i got home super professional and they did a thorough job fixing everything that may have been damaged or broken due to the original impact super helpful and appreciate their service and diligence they also gave the insurance evidence and plenty of photos of how the damage had exactly spread they were extremely timely and i did not need to ask for another loaner from my insurance as they had the car ready when they said it would be super professional

We went in with a front passenger door that would not open due to the wind catching it and over extending it backwards. Rosewood was amazing. Helped us out same day, they were kind and professional. I would highly recommend them Thanks so much

I highly recommend this shop. I was referred to them by Old Town Auto, in a hurry, in a pinch. Louis was very kind and classy to help a stranger in need, last minute, early morning. Mad props to this shop. If you need body work, Try Rosewood First.

I had to have my bumper replaced due to an accident. It was the first time I ever had to file an insurance claim or go through an auto body shop ever. Rosewood made it so easy! I didn't worry at all and I got the best service. I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

Poor service and communication skills. Simply disrespectful. A body shop that won’t take a car because it’s to complicated? You’ve been open for 7 years and don’t want to take a car because it’s difficult to work on? Ridiculous and to yell at the customers for trying to take the car to a body shop that is known to be great and to get rejected because it’s to complicated? Get some better workers big man embarrassing pathetic behavior for the age you are louie I hope you don’t forget that you yelled at you’re own customer that was willing to pay for you’re work I hope you reflect on this review and think about how you behaved and how you could have handled the situation better as the “owner”.
