The internet department went above and beyond by sending me a detailed walkaround video of the truck, which really helped. I really liked Rossi when I first purchased my two vehicles from them but ever since Mike Rossi left, the service department is to be avoided at all costs. I had my vehicle serviced at the the dealership and was going on a long trip a few days later. When I checked the oil level in my truck I found that the service tech had overfilled it by 2 quarts. When I called to tell the service manager he said that there was nothing he could do to make it right. I would have expected that some kind of apology would have been made. I am not purchasing a vehicle from them again.

No one was pushy which was a huge plus in my eyes, Sophie and the manager were very respectful of my situation and did their best to find me a truck with all my wants!!!
