Just purchased my jeep from Rossi’s!! Chris was awesome he took care of everything made the process of buying a car so simple and easy for me! No trips to the dmv, added in a nice warranty right into the price of everything! I truly appreciate Rossi and Chris for getting me into my new car! Thank you you guys rock

My son brought his first-ever truck to Rossi Auto because we believed they were a reputable and trustworthy shop. And may I say that this is not what anyone expects after paying for professional diagnostics and $3,000 in repairs. We entrusted Rossi Auto with this vehicle and feel completely let down by both the results and the lack of resolution. We originally brought the truck in for a low fuel code, heater core replacement, and a few minor repairs. After multiple visits and nearly $3,000 spent, the original problem with the low fuel code still exists. On top of that, the vehicle now has a new oil pressure sensor code, which is extremely concerning because it can indicate a serious risk to the engine. Just very sad for my son and have no idea how to help him being in the hole $3k already

Chris is amazon!! He is a kind, trustworthy, loyal gentle gentleman and has a great sense of humor! He has provided clear understanding guidance, he has walked me through the steps with the help I needed and he has explained them well to me. He asked me questions without me feeling pressured, he didn’t make me feel small or made me feel uncomfortable or even stupid. He took the time to fully listen and provided the answers with honesty. Please save yourself the headache and your money and do not come here for any type of automotive work, I spent almost a thousand dollars for them to fix a bank 2 misfire on my lexus and to this very day it has the same exact misfiring condition. After spending $600 initially, the misfiring condition returned, called the shop to have them look at the car again and told me they were fully booked and had to schedule me for two weeks later even though I already paid them to “fix” my car, they made me wait multiple weeks anyway. The second time around with the car they then without my consent replaced multiple parts on the car without my prior knowledge to “get a more accurate diagnosis” finally they told me to replace bank 2 cap and rotor. I went here for a couple of things, to put on caliper cover on my wheels and to see if there was a way to modify my exhaust. They took a look at my exhaust and gave me a few options, that I plan on doing later. And they installed the caliper covers. After a week the covers started to lightly hit the rims, so they quickly adjusted them. They are great to deal with and I believe they have your best interest when consulting you on your vehicle.
