Rotary Doctor

If you have a rotary engine, this is the person to take it to. After the Mazda dealership in Springfield refused to look at my car, I didn't know who to take it to. Kyle could run circles around the dealership with his knowledge about Mazdas. He installed an engine in my RX8 and I have had 0 issues with it since! He gave me a lot of information on how to best care for my engine and also fixed some misc. things while he had my vehicle that I had no clue were broken. Also due to wiring issues, I needed a new dash harness for my vehicle. Kyle pulled a harness for me out of a salvage vehicle and it was in immaculate condition. Took the 12a engine out of my SA RX7 and took it down to Kyle (The Rotary Doctor). The rebuild took a while, but in Kyle's defense he had trouble sourcing a good rotor for my engine. His communication was great, and when we went down to pick it up we were totally blown away by the end product. He literally took a 45 year old engine and made it look like new. His attention to detail is amazing. He even took photos of the entire rebuild process and gave me printed copies! Would definitely recommend.

A few years ago, thought my RX-8 was dead forever as it was proving nearly impossible to find an engine replacement. The Rotary Doctor came to my attention, and after a brief email exchange and discussion I was very comfortable trailering my RX down to his location. His work was stellar, and his attention to detail and knowledge of potential failures with each version of the RX family headed off future issues. The RX-8 has served as a daily driver for many years, and miles now.
