Cody A and the entire team of Roth RV bemidj did an amazing job making the purchase of my first ice castle a smooth and pleasant experience! They gave me very reasonable offer for my trade-in, we're able to accommodate all of my accessory requests within a short time frame, and responded to my emails promptly. They made it easy to buy a fish house sight unseen from 4 hours away, and I felt confident knowing that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and they had me in and out in about an hour keys and hand on pickup day. Would recommend anyone looking for a nice castle or any RV to give Cody and his team a call, as they beat every other dealer's price, and delivered service that was far and above anyone else I reached out to.

Cody was amazing! He let us explore on our own and wasn't pushing us at all. He made himself available and had of the information we could think of when we asked. When he introduced himself, he also asked our kids their names and shook their hands as well, understanding that it was a whole family process and decision.

My wife and I recently bought a new to us Grand Design Momentum 394 M-Class Toy Hauler from Roth RV in Bemidji, MN. Most of this purchase was completed virtually as we live about 5 1/2 hrs from the dealership. I brought my 2025 Starcraft camper that I purchased new at Roth for warranty work at Bemidji. The issue was resolved, and my outlets are now functional. However, there were some issues that rankled me as a new Roth customer. -I was told to bring the camper in and that they could probably get to it in 2-3 days. It took 10 days before anyone even looked at it. Said they were busy...so am I -After 14 days I finally called in the afternoon and was told my unit was ready to pick up. Someone was supposed to call me, but they didn't get to it. -Someone piled boards (not mine) for the jack stand support between my LP tanks and camper and scuffed the finish. -Roth could do a better job maintaining where they put customer units.
