My car was having charging issues and I was stranded on my way home. He got me in swapped out my alternator for a good price. I got home that night. He did this on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. Forever grateful.

Where do I even begin.... if I could give Brian 10 Stars I would. From honesty and integrity to the kindness and providing the best experience possible Brian is without a doubt THE BEST!! Thinking I needed a simple tire balance before a long road trip to AZ Brian was the only person mechanic in Eagle River whom would even consider helping us out. His schedule was full but said if we could not find anyone to come back around closing time 5PM. We'll it was more than a balance issue the sidewall in oneof the rear tires was separating. Brian simply could have said sorry I am not going to be able to help you any further.....NO he searched for a replacement that was safe enough to get us home, he did not have one in his shop but called around and found one then had his wife pick it up and bring

We were in a bad situation unexpectedly while on vacation in the Eagle River area early June 2025 with rain and a broken power window. We did a search for repair businesses and Roths Auto was our first stop. Brian took us in, no appointment, very understanding! He worked us into his hectic day, got us back on the road. His expertise (our car was an Audi Cabriolet) and he told us he hadn’t worked on Audi’s before us. Could have fooled me!! He did a superb job for us with a smile!! Highly recommend you come here if you need any service done on your vehicle! The work Brian does is excellent, and he has so much patience. The communication and customer service he provides is better than any other mechanic I’ve worked with. He makes it really easy to understand what’s wrong with your car, and explains the process he did to fix it. He’s very honest and upfront. If you read any of the other reviews you’ll see he’s overall just an amazing mechanic.
