Scott was very open, honest, and up front on the fight I was going to up against to get the insurance company to pay for my claim. He kept me informed on every step in the process and i appreciated the accountability. My wife just had her Honda Accord repaired here after getting into an accident. She didn't notice when she first picked up the car that there was glue residue left on the passenger side. I guess they thought it was ok for the car to leave in that condition, or they just do not perform any quality inspections. She called and was told to bring it back the following week, so they could take care of it on their time. They removed the residue and chipped some paint in the process. There fix was to use some cheap touch up paint. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Best Collision Center I have ever been to. The GM is very knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face. He is great at communicating and the price is just right. Highly recommend Round Rock Collision Center.
