Route 11 Automotive Repair - South

Wow! I am so incredibly impressed with the service at Route 11. I called before arriving to my appointment at 9:30am, in which they told me I could come in early and they were so kind about it! Not only did they only take around 45 minutes to fix the issue, but they provided coffee, snacks, water, etc. during the wait time if you wanted. Gary at the front desk was incredibly helpful as well. They did not charge for the minor fix either!! Will definitely be coming back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were traveling from our home in the Outer Banks, NC when the brakes on our Navigator started feeling soft and squishy — never something you want to experience on a road trip. Route 11 Automotive was already busy, but they still found a way to fit us in, and that alone meant so much. From the moment we walked in, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. Everyone was professional, kind, and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful situation. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our vehicle was safe before we got back on the road. They even had snacks and drinks available while we waited — such a thoughtful touch that truly shows they care about their customers. As someone who owns multiple businesses myself, I truly appreciate this

Staff was very friendly! Got me a shuttle to and from my house when my tire blew. It took around 7 hours for the whole process to be done, due to the fact they had to order my tires (which is the fastest service I’ve ever had). Would recommend!

I had the experience of being a client of this office, which I regretted very much. I brought the car, described the problem, the car was in the service for 9 days, during all this time they did nothing, only disassembled the car, I refused the service, asked to put it back together and return it as it was. They removed the Air Bag, which will also cost me money. I turned to other craftsmen, who through the computer found the problem, which I initially indicated when contacting this service). They took money from me for the test they did after I refused it and asked to pick up my car. Now I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend the service of this company to anyone. Here is a photo of how they returned my car, even though I drove to them by car and returned it by tow truck.

Awesome Auto shop. Pickup truck broke down on interstate I-81. Put a call out for help on Facebook and Doug answered! Repaired my truck and had great communication. I was three hours away! Worked with me on price! 5 stars!!!!!
