Went in for a vehicle safety inspection and had a great experience. The waiting area is very nice with snacks, water, and coffee. They also have wifi! They use a text communication service which makes it easy to track progress and see photos related to your vehicle. The staff were very kind. Prices were excellent. Had to get brake rotors replaced, so I ended up making use of a shuttle service that was super convenient.

Ladies be aware: the mechanics have a reputation for trying to take advantage of women and replace parts that do not need replacing. I came in to get a bypass belt installed and left with an engine no longer able to start. My car was not getting fixed for three days, and they did not call me with car updates (I had to call them five hours later). Ryan and the staff was patronizing towards me. I decided to have my car towed to Wrench Craft. Do not come here even for a simple oil change. I told them I suspect my AC compressor seized up, so I brought in my car to have a bypass belt installed. Not too long after my car is towed in, they told me my engine was not working (my car engine was running safely before it was dropped off). They charged $44 to inspect as to why the engine wasn't workin

Excellent and highly recommended. Route 11 was prepared for my appointment, started working immediately, diagnosed that there was no safety issue, and had me on my way in approximately 30 minutes. They are honest, fair, and friendly. After this positive experience, I won’t go anywhere else for auto service in Harrisonburg.

Affordable, friendly and efficient service. Easily scheduled my car for oil change online. Like that I received text reminder in advance of the appointment. Staff was very friendly and suggested additional service of state inspection but was not pushy at all. Definitely would recommend this business for routine car maintenance and will be a returning customer.
