Was sold a 3400 dollar extended warranty without even hearing about offering it to me Never asked about taxes in the vehicle and then when i confronted them about it. They made it my fault and said the salesman just picked me out of the crowd to not notify me about paying any taxes. Already made the first payment and still not received paperwork so I can get my plates in less than a week the temps expire. Called and texted numerous times about wheel lock key without a reply so if I had a flat i couldn’t take tire off. Was told it was ordered and shipped to my door. A month later still no tool or new lug nuts As soon as they get your sale they forget about you and your a problem when you call them. They totally have a bad attitude. My plates expire in six days still no paperwork

I bought a 2012 Hyundai Veloster for my wife from here and the salesman "Josh" lied about basically everything and the car blew up less than a year later. He did get the price under 10k for me, I assume because I paid cash. I'll never buy another vehicle from here. He even lied about the speakers, said they were so powerful that he had to turn the bass down. They were ALL blown, every speaker in the car. Don't recommend this place, $9,800 for a car that lasted less than a year.

Joe from 21 Auto sales is a rip off my husband went and got a vehicle in October 1st a 2024 and it was already picked out for him less than a week later it was already in the garage and then another two weeks it was in the garage and the garage didn't fix nothing the this year of 2025 the motor blew of June and Joe never did nothing right the motor Joe bought from some guy it running right

Joe has been working with me for approximately two weeks. And then I decided that I was done looking. So after a week I get a call from Joe out of nowhere and he explained he got me approved and then my wife needed to get on the loan. So after 15 minutes we get the call to go pick up our new vehicle
