My salesman, Saied, was awesome—very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything went exactly how I expected. I definitely recommend asking for Saied if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free car buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership! I bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe (Hybrid) back in summer of 2022, and have been regularly coming back for service. My experience has been a mixed bag, overall not great. Sharing in case it's useful for other folks. Purchasing was great--good back and forth with the sales rep and they helped get to a price point I was happy with. Very smooth experience from test driving to purchase to leaving with my new car. Service on the other hand is not a good experience. Just a couple of examples: Last summer I brought in my car for issues getting it to start, and then into gear. It 2 months from start to finish for my car to be looked at, root cause identified (bad hybrid battery), new battery ordered, and replaced, and during that time I was told I could not get a rental because the wait time wa
I purchased a 2024 GMC Savanna in late October,. The purchase process went pretty smooth despite a heavy push to purchase their "Certification". The issue started 2 days later when put down the drivers window. When I put the window up the outside wiper came up and also scratched the glass. I reached out to the sales woman and sent photos. After repeated emails and calls the service dept. called to make an appointment for the repair and said I need to drop it off because of parts might be needed. I dropped the van off only to be called 2 hours later from the used car lady to say they wouldn't repair it. She also stated that I must have done something to make that happen. She also told me to reach out to sales for help and they just ran me around yet again. They just seemed to waste my time

After three weeks in the shop for intermittent non-start, this dealership finally diagnosed my 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited with a seized engine and a $14,000 price for a fix. Today, Dec 10, my car was towed to my usual local mechanic. He started the engine immediately. Started it another half dozen times. And I drove it a short while later. The engine? Absolutely fine. The coolant the dealership claimed that seized the motor? All fluid levels, including coolant, are normal. The intermittent starting issue? Still not solved. My wallet? Out close to $900 for a diagnostics that I’m convinced they never performed, for rentals and Ubers. I emailed my service advisor with a video of the car running and left a message for the manager.
