Charged for diagnosing our car ($74.99) and said if we got the work done ($949.00) he would take it off the cost of the repairs. Then later changed his mind and said he had to bring another guy in to do more work and used that to cover price without letting us know. Refused to honor what he said. Price was kinda on the high side bc it was a luxury car. First time using, will not use again.
