Route 66 Penn Oil

Being a female i know how people are in shops with upselling parts ya dont need.... ive learned to work on my own cars for the most part but the winter makes it difficult with my health issues... the gentlemen at route 66 where just beyond amazing. Im forever greatful for the extra mile they went for me today. On top of helping me with my oil change, the guys helped me replace allllllll my filters and MAN was it NEEDED yall gotta replace that damn cabin filters like YUCKKKKK i genuinely wanted to cry seeing it being pulled out.... THANK GOD i just bought this car and hadnt been breathing all that in...long story short, the guys even went the extra mile to frebreez my filter so my car wouldnt smell like a dead body anymore!! Leaving Route 66 I genuinely feel as if I finally found reliable,

Place is a complete scam, I was a loyal customer for years thinking they were doing a good job come to find out they weren’t changing my oil filters and over charging me $30-$40 every oil change and trying to get me to buy services I didn’t need. The bell ringer was when home boy tried to sell me 4 used tires for $800… will never go here again. This place should be shut down.

Michael got me fixed up real quickly and was very honest and up front. He told me what was wrong and how to fix it. Pricing was accurate and up to pare with other companies. I felt very comfortable and will return because of him! Thanks Mike!!

These dudes really came through for me tonight! I am eternally grateful for them! My car was leaking something… and their place closed at 7pm and they stayed for me with the intention of just looking at my car to figure out the issue… after determining that it was oil that was leaking and it was the oil pressure sensor that was the issue these fine gentlemen went way above and beyond! They called several auto parts places to find the oil pressure sensor for my car… went and picked it up, and fixed my car! They ended up staying an entire hour over just to help me. 10/10 recommend! I don’t even think these men usually do that kind of repair but they knew I needed my car running and did it! I can’t even express in words how thankful I am for these 2! Again thank you SO MUCH!!! 😊 faith in huma

Mike helped out check out my car and found a leak for us. Super awesome service. Would recommend. Nice friendly people not trying to over charge 👍🏼
