Routemaster

Called about a van they had in stock, was told it was so cheap because it didn't live up to their cosmetic requirements but everything mechanically was sound. Purchase the vehicle and they assured me It would be shipped to me within two weeks. 5 weeks later I received the vehicle. It was immediately apparent the motor needs replaced when it was started. Also all four tires were we're passenger tires (on a commercial vehicle that requires load range e tires) which seems to me is very unsafe. They offered to have me return the vehicle at my own cost. Overall dishonest seller.

I really want to like this place, but the gentleman who run it over price the vehicles and are unconcerned with customer service on the verge of disrespect. Just because a vehicle is given a thorough cleaning, that does not mean it is in good shape. If your going to shop here, be sure to look real close "under the rug" so to speak. UPDATE: I recieved a call from Zach apologizing for any lack of customer service. For this gesture I have increased my star rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Thank you gentlemen for your desire to reform your customer service.

Our experience with this place was good. We found a vehicle that fit what we were looking for. The van runs great. They made the process very quick and I am happy with my purchase.

I just bought a commercial service body truck at Routemaster. I was a little concerned that there wasn't a small warranty included. Zach reassured me that I was getting a quality used truck that was thoroughly serviced. The truck runs great and I had a good experience buying from him. Would recommend Routemaster to anyone looking for a used commercial work truck.
