Rowlett Service Center

Having owned a company nearby for 17 years with many trucks and continuing to get my cars service ther since, now for 4 years, I can only comment that the service is exceptional.

Had great service and very fair price at Ron's shop. Pat the mechanic worked on our budget track car BMW Z4. All suspensions, coilovers, control arms bushings tie rod ends. Front brakes. I brought my own quality performance aftermarket parts. Saved me a lot of money. These guys are real car guys. Those are the best mechanics. And they did not upsell like the rest of the mechanic shops. They were very realistic of what should be replaced in what did not currently, honest mechanic guys. First time we've used Rowlett service center and now we will continually be using them.

My mother has had her vehicles serviced by RSC for over 20 years. Ron Wallace, the owner is an excellent mechanic and he only employs mechanics that are very knowledgeable and courteous. This is was the worst thing experience I have ever encountered with an automotive repair shop. First off they had my son-in-law car for approximately 4 months or a little bit longer. They received the ok to do the work less than 2 weeks once they had the car. We could never get them to call us and give an update till almost 4 months later. I honestly don’t think they could handle the Vw repair which they said it needed a new motor. Took them over 4 months to replace it with some minor issues they say. Oh minor issues including a test drive and the hood came up and broke the windshield. We noticed the windshield stickers peeled off and tool tag was missing. They were not going to tell us about it till we confronted them. Response was we didn’t charge you for it. lol… We go the car out final
