I can’t thank Rowlett Transmission enough for saving me after a nightmare experience with Eagle Transmission in Rowlett. Eagle tried to scam me into paying thousands for a transmission I didn’t even need, but when I brought my car here, Jeremy and the team were completely honest, respectful, and professional from the start. Jeremy took the time to actually diagnose my car the right way, after leaving from Eagle transmission I let Jeremy test drive my car in immediately. He told me that it’s not the transmission because my transmission ships fine when it’s not in limp mode he explained everything to me clearly, and showed me exactly what was wrong. He fixed the issue quickly, charged me fairly, and most importantly—he treated me like a valued customer instead of trying to take advantage of

I can’t recommend this place enough. Jeremy was so honest and welcoming from the beginning. I came from another business I didn’t get he best vibe from, and even though the dealership ended up getting me a new transmission under my warranty- I HAD to recommend this place. This is honest work, they are not just trying to steal your money. If I ever need them again, this is where I will come! Ps - don’t ever get a Nissan 😂

10/10. My transmission problem was fixed with 4 new transmission mounts. At another transmission place, I would have paid for a new transmission that would have cost me thousands of dollars more. Jeremy was honest, straightforward, and gave me the best deal possible. Worth the 15-minute drive from my house. Rowlett Transmission reminds me of the small-town mechanics I grew up with. I am so thankful to have found someone I can trust with all my transmission needs.

These guys are the best in the business. They got my 700r4 trans for a ‘70 C10 going in 1 week. Very detail oriented staff and they use better than OEM parts. Plus the 1 year warranty included. Highly recommend!!
