Royal Auto Center of Windsor had a add up for a 2009 blue doge caliber for sale. Looked good,so I used messenger to communicate with Hadi, I'm not from Windsor area I'm, a good hr and a half drive away, I asked if I could take Dodge caliber for a test drive, Hadi agreed so I made arrangements with Hadi for Tuesday Dec 2nd @12 noon, my husband drove as the weather was bad in the morning. Arrive at Royal Auto Center of Windsor around noon, omg sketchier place than hell, walked into office, where people were sitting language barrier as they were trying to tell us to go into office, we walked into this office, where i spoke that we were here to look and take 2009 caliber blue in color for a test drive. Hadi told me the 2009 caliber was sold yesterday which would of been Monday!!! I asked why

I strongly do not recommend this mechanic. I bought a car from someone else, but this mechanic performed the Safety Certificate. When I received the car, it did not meet safety standards, the engine has serious issues, and there are strange noises from the suspension. When I went back to him, he refused to take responsibility and demanded that I pay to fix the problems. Be careful — I advise everyone to avoid this mechanic.

Did my engine oil change along with replacing my old oil filter with a new one. Less wait time. I waited just for 10 minutes for my turn. Yusuf mechanic boy is really talented and skillful. He changed my engine oil very gently and carefully. While doing the whole process, he also explained to me all about the maintenance of oil change and oil filter. The while process just took less than 25 minutes. The owner is very good and understanding. He has good patience level while dealing with the vehicle. He will not rush you. Owner always gives very reasonable price when compared with other competitors in windsor area.

Dishonest staff! They first tell me it’s 30 dollars to install my winter tires (with rim). But soon after they finish the work, they are asking for 40 dollars, claiming I misheard the price??

The most horrible experience ever!! These people are the very unprofessional, ignorant and a big liars. They call themselves a dealership which in fact is a mechanic shop which looks nasty and smells horrible with all the cigarettes smoke. I found this car that one of the guys working there posted on fb marketplace and confirmed a day to go take a look. Ever since I said I was going on the specific day to take a look, the guy never responded to any other questions, never confirmed the time of the appointment. We made a 2 and half hours drive to go look at the car only to be disappointed when we get there because they lie saying everything is perfect about the car which in-fact has hidden problems. They said it’s safetied but I’m pretty sure it’s a fake one that they sign their own safety p
