Royal was a great repair shop when Kareem and his crew was operating it. But now the guys there know nothing about cars. I had not been there since Kareem, left I needed a oil change so I figured they could at least do that, well I was wrong. After the oil change they hadn't reset my oil gage low and be ho they didn't know how SMH. Plus I've asked questions and gave me three different reasons which was not in conjunction with what asked. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN UNLESS KAREEM COMES BACK. SORRY BOYS YOU'RE IN THE HALL OF SHAME

This shop is great with a trust worthy team. I drive from downriver to see these guys because I know they will do right by me. I’ve had exhaust work done here on my truck. Recently just took my girlfriend’s car here and they worked out a fair price for me to get new tie rods, axle, wheel bearing and more. Car drives like new! Thanks guys.
