I had a great experience with Royal Auto Club when purchasing a 2018 Range Rover SVR. Pierre was extremely helpful and had great communication during the whole experience. He was even able to take the car to Land Rover for a pre purchase inspection which turned out to have zero problems and was in excellent condition for a used car. The whole process was smooth and they were willing to accommodate me the entire time. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a car. You won’t be disappointed!

Horrible experience with the financial guy, Adam. He literally let more than $50,000 walk out the door because of his failure to honor his colleague’s price negotiation. The company would be better off if they let this guy go. * I went back to get the car a day before Christmas Eve and I had to wait three hours on a paper tag. Thankfully, Zab was there to help me out.

After 2 months My title re-assignment paperwork was never processed & i never received my License plate. Andre Seemed like an Honest guy until i actually took delivery of the vehicle. Once i received the car from the out of state dealership , all of a sudden he doesn’t work there anymore, no one that i was in contact with during the purchase of the vehicle works there anymore & the dealership randomly went out of business. Royal Auto Club & it’s employees are very shady people.

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Royal Auto Club. I purchased a vehicle and a $12,700 extended warranty through them. When I canceled the warranty well within the 60-day full refund period (with no claims filed), they only refunded me $7,383 — far short of what I am contractually owed. Since then, they have ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the matter and have stopped responding altogether. Their actions leave me no choice but to escalate the issue with the warranty company, regulators, and legal avenues. What’s most frustrating is that this situation could have been easily avoided. Instead of honoring the agreement and refunding the balance promptly, they have chosen to drag it out. In the long run, this will cost them far more time, money, and damag
