Installed my motor in my CTS after I blew the first one at almost 300k miles. Every time I call I get an answer and when I need the work done they take care of me. Prices are reasonable I mean it’s a car shop so I always expect to spend good money.

Royal complete auto care took very good care of me. I came in with sort of an emergency situation with my brakes, rotors, brake line, and something else I can't remember the name of it. The owner and mechanics were very knowledgeable and immediately helped me understand what I was dealing with. I thought I would have to leave my car overnight since I showed up in the middle of the day without an appointment but it was done by the end of the work day. And might I add it was done very well. I can tell my car was taken good care of. I meant to write this review weeks ago but I wasn't feeling well. In that time frame, I still had to drive my child back and forth though, so after 2 weeks I can say that I've had absolutely no issues with the work that was done and I'm quite impressed by the serv

Great work ,cheap prices & there fast. I needed my sway bar stabilizer done, called an got right in. Workers are very nice an will hold a conversation about what there doing while doing it. I will use them every time.

Horrible mechanic, told me several things were wrong with my vehicle, it never ran again!!
