Jason was absolutely great in diagnosing the issue with my son’s Audi. We had his car towed to the shop on a Saturday and Jason came out to pre-diagnose the problem on a day when the shop was closed. We weren’t sure what to expect, but the level of service, education, and transparency we received was top tier. Super personable and made it seem like I'd known him for years. I’m pretty sure we’ve found our family mechanic for life.

This shop in a world of shops is top tier. The level of service they give is only matched by the owner's expertise. They pride themselves on quality work at a fair price and I am beyond pleased with the results. I have a 2022 BMW X5 50i and when they finished servicing it, it felt like a different vehicle. Just super happy to have found a shop that can do what they say and doesn't try to upsell me on everything under the sun just to pad their pockets. Great work, fair price, transparency, just solid good business!

The best euro shop in Johnson County. They know these cars inside and out and take great care in their work every time. Nothing but positive experiences, including and especially a recent suspension upgrade on my Audi (see pic). It’s a pleasure doing business with honest people who are great at what they do. A+

Jason ran extensive diagnostics and test drives and determined the cause of the engine problem, fixed it, and the charge was only $750.00. Good, honest, and experienced auto mechanics like Jason are exceptional in the auto repair industry, and very important to be a part of anyone's resources. I highly recommend Royal Autowerks and would not take my auto anywhere else.
