We had a great experience with Royal City Auto-sales! We were able to purchase a wonderful addition to our family, a very nice, one-owner Subaru Forester! Ended up with a pretty decent car, only bad side is high mileage. I checked out everything fairly thorough. These guys sell good and bad cars from what I read. I knew mine had one owner and no crashes so that was a green flag. Also looked under the hood and under the car for problems and rust. The man who does the detailing does a good job at making it look clean and fresh. The mechanic on site i’m not sure of, he supposedly fixed a clamp leaking coolant that I pointed out, but it was still throwing coolant when we got home. The owner was kind but hard to negotiate with but I ended up getting a fair deal with warranty. I did get the clamp changed which was leaking coolant, and it currently needs a cat converter which i’m waiting on fixing. The people were nice but I felt they did the bare

He lies about his vehicles brought 2010 charger he kept rushing to do paperwork I ask to come back took my information so I could test drive had paperwork filled by time I return from test drive my bank wouldn't release my funds he had us wait for it to clear knowing his shop was already closed came back got car never ran correct after test drive then come pick back up it was November 15th being having car in shop different codes still not running he will not make it right haven't been able to drive car more than 24 hrs dint buy from him if you do test drive straight to auto shop for engine light test he turns the check engine lights off he's not a good dealership owner poor I wouldn't give him one good star. If you think im lying go try one pf his cars thanks popps

The owner is amazing. The detailer really cares about his job. Great environment. I've always felt high mile cars which some of them are are okay as long as they were taking care of these were he buys good cars A+

I promised them I would put the post up on this dealership and I had forgotten and just got a notification to ask me if I wanted to so this must be meant to be right. There was a small issue at first but it wasn't their fault they immediately fixed it with zero issues I did not have to beg for good customer service like you do most places nowadays they immediately jumped up to help I really appreciate this as this car was for my kid thank you so much and I strongly recommend visiting these guys
