Royal Express Car Wash

Never experienced so much difficulty in my life while at a car wash…… Wouldn’t accept a card payment that was insert or by tap. Tried hitting the help button & the number given to call reached a voicemail. Also the machine kept lagging when trying to restart the whole selection process on which car wash I wanted. Do not recommend this car wash location.

The In-N-Out is treacherous! All the good stuff is negated by the possibility of an accident while entering and exiting on the same narrow driveway, BUT- The free vacuums are great and the self-service car wash is good and well priced.

The water pressure at Royal Car Wash is terrible — couldn’t even remove bird poop from my hood. Isn’t that the bare minimum for a car wash? Waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back unless they fix the pressure.

Car wash is great but their website is horrible. I tried every day for 2 weeks to purchase a wash plan and was never able to, so I purchased one from finish line car wash on university instead and will be going there moving forward.

Terrrribly overpriced and does NOT work! I paid $13 for their automatic car wash to essentially polish the mud on my car. Giving one extra star for the free vacuums. Good riddance.
