I came here in October to get my brakes serviced and they are still screeching. They changed the rear brakes and said the front ones were good, so why is it still so loud? Got a second opinion and they are saying my rear brakes are defective. I no longer have a receipt so I can't even come to find out why they sent me away like that. It seemed like the manager was honest since he was showing me pictures and everything, but I don't know much about cars so maybe he just took advantage of that. I wasn't sure about coming here because they do have good reviews but I feel like I just wasted my money. Don't come here for brake service

My car would not start due to computer being bad so I took it to a mechanic and he could not fix it. He had it over a month. Finally I took it to Royalty and they where able to fix the issues and had me back on the road. Rudy was great and the other staff. I would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Thanks again.

I used a Groupon for an oil change and had absolutely no problem at all. They are family owned. The customer service was great and the prices they quoted for additional work was very good. They even had a payment plan for maintenance.

Absolutely Love their services! Geovani always makes customers feel special and number one. I had all my tires replaced front breaks and back brakes and rotors along with windshield wipers replaced and back brake light and smoged check and they picked up my car from my job and returned it back to me! Above and beyond!!! Car rides like a dream now❤️🤗 Thank You for always taking care of me.

This business "Royalty" is trash. Paid over $900 truck was left the same, returned to the shop following week and the business was closed. This is not a Franchise. There a several Royalty Brake & Tire shops in Las Vegas. They are not affiliated with one another, the other "Royalty" shops will not respond or honor each others warranty. Don't lose your money to these clowns.
