I had a crack in my windshield right before my inspection sticker expired. I got a quote from the big corporate auto glass company but wanted to look around to compare. I found Roy’s driving down Rt20. Called the office at right before they closed, had a great conversation with Ben. They beat the price from the big guys and told me they could get me in first thing the next morning 14hrs later. I decided to wait at their location while the work got done. I was in and out in less than an hour. I just finished a 3.5hr road trip in the snow up to VT from Worcester and there’s no leaks or any issues. They gave me an info sheet with the right care instructions. I’ve never had to replace a windshield so I’m thankful for that. Their team was polite, professional and efficient. Definitely choose

I had a 2020 Honda CRV that needed a glass replacement and it did take about 5 weeks to get the glass there which I don't think that's on them but the person who installed it messed up my trim on the outside of the car. I have a trim that runs from the front one shield all the way down the car to the back. After I had the window replaced it was bulging out of the front and it's bulging out of the back with a dent that was not there before. I called and I brought it in to have it fixed for the trim but then they fixed half of it for some reason? They fixed the front half but the back half is still hanging off the back untouched. I was looking for a good affordable service to replace my glass and they were phenomenal! The people that work here are all super nice! My cars camera had a problem with recalibration and they came back a few times to try and fix it but it wasn’t working. Since my camera was good before hand they offered to pay for a full camera replacement before I even asked. On top of that they knocked the price down for me 2 different times. The customer service is amazing and I fully suggest going here! The women I spoke to on the phone and thought was very good was Kayla :)

I brought my car in to show a windshield crack to their technician, Zach. He was nice and suggested I reach out to the office, which I did. However, despite following up three times over four business days, I never received a quote. If they were too busy or unable to take on new work, I would have appreciated the honesty so I could have gone elsewhere. Instead, it just delayed my replacement. I wasn't even price-shopping, as insurance was covering it; I simply wanted to support a local business over a big-box store. It’s disappointing.

Could not recommend this place enough. My car was done very quickly, and Zach did a great job. Super kind and professional people on the phone and in person, as well as very helpful and flexible scheduling. Will never go to a place like safelite again. Thank you!
