Roy's Tire Center

I normally go to Discount Tire for all my tire and rim needs and I gladly pay the extra price at Discount Tire for the great customer service. Since there is no Discount Tire in Carrolton and the nearest one is miles away, I chose Roy's tire center. From the phone conversations while pricing my tires, to the great customer service I received, I highly recommend this place. Clean waiting area, almost $100 less than anywhere I priced, and the customer service is beyond what you normally get these days. I cant stress enough, the customer service was well worth the visit.

Had this place put on 2 tires. Upon leaving the place my tire light came on and I found that the had over inflated ALL of my tires well past what the are supposed to be at. (Supposed to be at 36 psi all were filled to 42 psi.) Additionally they failed to balance the tires that they installed and I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the tires resolved.

Roy's is great. Wonderful people, reasonable rates, and good service. Bought my tires there last May and they rotate them for free!

Huge thanks to the team at Roy's tire shop for getting my tires rotated and balanced! I paid a fair price and did not have to wait too long. I will be back!

Pathetic company that refuses to do the right thing when they ruined our brand new tire. Had to call the police to get a report and the employee that test drove our truck after the alignment even confessed to doing the damage to the police. Stay away from this business!
