Customer Reviews
Ben Redmond at RP Exotics delivered an absolutely first-class experience. From the first conversation to final delivery, Ben was professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering every question and keeping me informed the whole way. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and the quality of vehicles they represent. If you’re considering a purchase from RP Exotics, ask for Ben — you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars all the way!
I purchased an Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster from RP Exotics in July of 2025 and my experience was fantastic. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted immediately. Shelby, my client advisor, showed me the Aston Martin which was parked on top of a car lift. RP Exotics was busy preparing for a customer appreciation night, but they quickly moved vehicles to lower the roadster for me to see. It was in excellent condition and I was offered a test drive. Since I did not want to intrude on their event I told Shelby I would come back the next day since I work/live close by. I let Shelby know I was on my way the following afternoon and when I arrived the V8 Vantage was already outside ready for me to test drive. I bought the vehicle the same day and the transaction was seamless. Shelb
Third car I bought from here, first purchase was a bit rough, cars not being what they were supposed to be at all. Came back for the third time after Brett apologized and said he’d take care of me on the next one which he absolutely did. They completely changed my purchasing experience with them, worked with Evan Huffman buying a Gt3 was smooth and he was very informative with everything. I’m in New York and didn’t see the car in person but I trusted his judgement and it did not disappoint. The car arrived extremely clean, full of gas was every bit of what he described. Convinced me of going with the Porsche which exceeded my expectations. They took in my trade and had a very simple transaction. I will most definitely be coming back for the fourth time for another car!
Well I wish I could give the store a positive review, however, my experience went very negative in a hurry. I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche GT3 from them and the initial experience was great, however, upon arrival and initial drive, it was discovered the wheels on the car, which are the factory wheels from a 992 series GT3, have a different size and offset on the rear of the car and caused the tires to physically contact the fender well area and also cut into the tires on the rear, causing an obvious safety concern and an awful audible noise when you hit any dip in the road at all. I immediately reach out to my sales pro Evan, which I felt was very genuine and empathetic of the situation. Nobody wants to buy a $200k vehicle and have safety issues when you drive it. So he communicates t
Bought a 2020 McLaren GT in Sept Buying process was straightforward, some hiccups but resolved easily. Car had multiple issues and died within a week of purchase - rep told me “Mclarens do that sometimes”, which may be true but isn’t exactly you want to hear When I got the car, the battery cover was off and missing a screw. I looked past it figuring something was checked or came loose during transit. The car died due to a loose ground cable which was a ~$1000 bill from Mclaren to revive & reprogram the battery. Not something that can be fully attributed to RP but was an oversight The electrochromic roof came broken due to a break in the harness which was ~$800 to fix. RP claimed it was functioning before transport but hard to imagine how that would’ve happened during transport. Alignm
