I went in for an oil change, I hung out (reasonable amount of time), got a good bill of health from Jim, and paid what I’d expected- no hidden fees or surprises. SCAM !! A MUST READ. Came in towed with a broken tie rod passenger side. Told them the driver side was making noise. They called me saying they need to replace the driver side aswell. Went with the repairs. The noise continued and got worse after being charged for parts and labor and alignment. The noise kept on and got worse. I thought we had a bad ball joint even though they said they inspected. Had a mobile mechanic come out and reported they did not make the repair which could have caused a serious accident or result in peoples death including me or my family and others. I brought the part in that is pictured many times and recorded fixed and was told their mechanic said they replaced it. Its factory made part all rusted up and the right side repair is after market. Do not go here. I told them exactly what was wrong with my car, broken serpentine belt due to AC compressor pulley semi locking and not spinning freely, and wanted an estimate. So I had AAA tow it there. The lady on the phone said she would give me an estimate. She quoted $2800. That was insane to me. So I called another mechanic that specializes on my vehicle (Land Rover), and they are doing it for $850. I went to pick up my vehicle to have it towed to them and as soon as I kindly questioned why they were charging a $120 diag fee, when I told them exactly the issue and took 2 minutes of work for them to confirm it, she freaked out on me and ran into the back to grab a mechanic. My husband has 44 year old classic Corvette and he doesn't hand his baby to just anyone. He felt that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Pete and the technician John went above and beyond what was on the quote and did a great job on the master cylinder repair in a timely fashion and at a fair price. He's a retired mechanic and knows how to do the job but choose to outsource it to them and he's glad he did.
