Most dishonest place I've ever dealt with do not bring your vehicle here. They hit something with my truck and now my bumper is pushed up and cracked tail light. Now let's actually get into what I brought my truck in for one cylinder was miss firing coming back from them I now have 3 miss firing and check engine light still on. They never replaced the belt the first time. I've had to bring it back 2 times and it's still messed up they want me to bring it back for a third time to fix it. I will never bring anything here and I will do everything to warn anyone thinking about using this whole in a wall place.

Rpm is Amazing. On 9/23 was in the area. I thought my wheel bearings were going out. Horrible noise. The guys there took a look at it. Nope. It was my drive shaft. They got it taken care of that day. An notice. I had a hole in my oil pan and my muffler was getting loud. I live an hour an a half away. So I thought well I’ll just take it home. See if a shop closer to me could help with this. Nope. So thank goodness for Rpm. Was in contact with them. They were able to get the parts. So I drove an hour and a half. For them to replace them. They got it done same day. I will keep driving. That far just to have them do the work on my jeep if I ever need anything else. Great Job guys. AAAA++++++

Scott and his crew are Awesome I have multiple vehicles and they have worked on them! He doesn’t just throw parts at it he fixes exactly what is wrong…. Fair prices great work and fast service highly recommended.

Oct 2023: My alternator went out and my Dad replaced it. Brand new alternator from Auto Zone. Jan 2024: My alternator went out again. I took it to RPM and they suggested that I purchase a FORD OEM Alternator (which was twice the amount of the one from Auto Zone). They explained that they’ve worked on a number of Ford Edges and that they would recommend this specific alternator. I purchased this part from the Ford Dealership on Apple and RPM installed it. May 2024: My alternator went out again. I returned to RPM. They suggested that it may be a computer issue and advised me to have it diagnosed at a Ford Dealership. I paid $150 to the Ford Dealership for them to explain that there was no computer issue, and that the alternator connector plug was entirely corroded and one of the prongs ha

This is THE spot. I have never been to a more honest auto shop. I won’t go anywhere else while I live here in Muskegon. They care about the person on the other end and are very truthful and charge honest prices. Scott is an excellent manager!
