Service has been fine up until today, gone a couple times. Writing this to help anyone else out with this location in particular: Assumed a tire rotation was the same price as last appointments, and the other locations as well (9.99 across the board) but turns out it's "conditional" here and not the case. Charged $39.99 instead without knowledge of that. They said here it's only an "add on price" of 9.99 if you have other services. it's interesting because every other RPM locations in the area unanimously agreed that 9.99 is the tire rotation price regardless of the appointment, but if you bought tires there it's an even better deal (free, etc). A buddy who works at AutoZone recommended this palce, so I decided to give them a try for a battery replacement on my 2017 Ford Escape (Thanks to Ford’s "genius" engineering design, you have to remove the wipers and the whole cowl panel just to access and replace the battery - ugh). After the battery replacement, the wipers weren't recalibrated properly (a common issue on Fords when the battery is disconnected, though I wish it had been caught right away). This led to the wipers not fully resetting, random swipes on startup, and eventually a damaged blade from the malfunction. Unfortunately, I had to return three times for follow-up fixes. They charged me double the normal price to replace my flat tire with a subpar one. They Pretended there were no other tires they could get for my car. I subsequently checked and a better quality tire was 59% cheaper at Walmart including installation. No sense of honesty, go any where but this business

I had an emergency tire repair on my son’s car just before he was driving back to college. I had taken it to the chain store where I purchased the tires and was told I needed 4 new tires. I came to RPM and they replaced the tire stem and got me on my way. Tires were fine. Tony and Thomas were super fast, efficient and friendly. I will be back again for sure. I highly recommend RPM.

These guys were great! Saved me $1200 dollars after another shop quoted me $1800 to fix my AC. They took care of my truck and great customer service. Shout out to Toni and Michael for the help. Glad I got the second opinion and will be definitely using them in the future!
