Henry was helpful from the beginning-- never pushy and consistently respectful-- but he was not the final decision-maker. I had cash in hand & was prepared to purchase a vehicle; however, the negotiation process was disappointing. I was not asking for much--only that routine maintenance be completed prior to purchase and that the A/C issue, which they were already aware of, be repaired. Listing vehicles with known issues and expecting buyers to absorb those costs is not acceptable & reflects poorly on the business. Transparency & integrity matter, and this experience fell short of that standard.

We just bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from RPN and we’re pleased with our experience. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Henry provided excellent customer service without any pressure to buy. We took our time and even looked at other dealers, but decided to buy from RPN because we appreciated the level of customer service and wanted to buy local. Henry and Rey also worked with us in negotiating a fair price. After we bought the car we took it to our mechanic to be looked over and he told us we got a used car that was in really good shape. have a reputable dealer do a thorough inspection. purchased an f250 from here and took it to Long Lewis down the road. they failed to mention the giant clods of mud that were underneath the body and in the frame rails as well as underneath the floor mat and into the engine bay. kinda looks like a flood vehicle but without that mentioned anywhere on the vehicle history. probably paid several thousand too much but I have it now.

I've bought two cars and they are wonderful ppl.. highly recommend you buy from them...very very very pleased
