It’s a difficult task to find quality service for my 2011 Maserati GTC so when I had a rear window regulator go out I started the search on the internet. I contacted R&R and got an estimate. Raphael was very knowledgeable and agreed to install the OEM part I purchased for the job. The estimate was less than the other shops I contacted and they were able to schedule me within a couple of days. The initial appointment was for 4hrs. After getting back home I tested the window with the top down and found that it required further adjustment. Raphael scheduled the adjustment within 48 hrs and even provided transportation for me to get to work and then back to the shop to pick up the car when it was completed. I had a great experience with R &R glass repair. The entire process was amazing. I had no issues with making my appointment. I was helped with the issue I was having with my insurance company. They walked me through what I needed to do. They were patient and knowledgeable to what I needed. The glass replacement was done quickly and I looked amazing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass repair/replacement.

Ended up killing a spider and smashing my windshield at the same time. Called up R&R and they were able to get me in same day. Replaced the windshield within 45 minutes at a reasonable price. The process was extremely efficient! Highly recommend

I cannot say enough about the level of customer service and workmanship Rafael provided. I traveled from Maine to Florida with a windshield that was incorrectly installed by a company in Maine. Rafael came to my rescue with first attempting to repair what the other company did and then in the end installing a new windshield. Anytime I sent a text or called, it was immediately answered.
