R&R Transmission And Upholstery

Can you give 0 stars??!! We paid over $4000 for an engine on our jeep and that engine went out in a week. They took it back to make good on the warranty THREE months ago and STILL have not fixed our jeep. Now they are ghosting us when we call. Seriously. We are about to go to the cops.

These people that own and work here are by far the BEST. You couldnt ask for better people. My husband and I were traveling thru transmission went out and we were down on luck, low money, and the treatment we got was far and beyond human kindness. They took us In let us park our rv at his home while repairing our transmission for a very decent price. These men are the best and I honestly say they saved us. I dont mis what we would of done had we ot being stuck at a light when they drove by asked to pull us out of street. Thank you guys your are forever appreciated. Human kindness that you just dont see anymore. They worked with a price we could afford. This is the place to get your vehicle fixed these men know what there doing and are fair. We would of been stuck with no place to go no

Ok well where should I start!! I took my truck in for transmission to be flushed. My truck ran PERFECYLY!! Before they worked on it!! Two days later I returned My truck was running horrible! It was pulling when changing gears it was also leaking . Had no power. Well I was told they cracked a gasket when tightened to tight. Ok when I picked it up I was told I would need a new transmission !! Cost well $1,500 and whatever imaginery problems they would come up with! Wow!! Speachless... I took my truck else where! I don't need a transmission, it was a plug that was disconnected!! They would of made easy money, but sorry not from me!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!

I was sent here by Trym Jenkins of R&J Auto in Bosque Farms. I can say that I am glad to have found Steve at R&R. He has worked on a couple jobs for me and his work was excellent. His prices were very fair and he did all my repairs quickly. R&R is a local family business and it shows with their customer service. He has a great warranty and he gives discounts to Veterans. So many great things about R&R I would strongly recommend this business to everyone.
