R&S Tire Sales

I wasn’t even the customer in this situation, but what I witnessed at R&S Tires was enough to make me decide I’d never bring my business here. A customer came in to pick up two tires he had ordered for $300, after waiting several days. Instead of honoring the quoted price, the owner started yelling at both the customer and his own employee, demanding $400 instead. It was an obvious bait-and-switch, and the way the owner berated everyone in the shop was shocking to watch. As someone standing there, it was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and downright unethical. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine what happens when problems arise. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere — honesty and basic respect should be the bare minimum when buying tires, and R&S Tires fail

This shop cannot be trusted! And will SCAM you at every chance that they get! A customer came in after waiting days for two tires quoted at $300. Instead of honoring the price, the owner raised it to $400 on the spot and yelled at everyone. Dishonest pricing and aggressive behavior — stay far away!! FRAUD!

I had to get all 4 of my tires replaced and I was greeted with amazing customer service by the owner named Armann. He helped me with the right tire size and type for my truck! Good people and the most affordable tire prices in the Richmond area.
