I recently had the pleasure of visiting R/T Automotive and Transmission, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude from the staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. Reed, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated. Instead, he provided me with a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and offered several options for repair. The turnaround time was impressive; my car was ready much sooner than I expected. So a couple months ago my boyfriend and I were searching for a car we found a nissan versa 2013 for 3k sold through this business. Now i do realize its a used car but within a month the car went into limp mode implying there was a transmission problem i took it to get the fluid changed at the nissan dealership and that seemed to fix things for the time being then just a week ago limp mode again. I take it to the nissan dealership and am told the cvt is bad the fix would cost 6k and that was what caused the limp mode both times. I am so confident that this being a transmission shop that they got this car from someone with a bad transmission and sold it to us knowing the cvt was out all they had to do was see it was out of limp mode and resell as quick as they could. Reed and R/T Auto-Transmission are amazing! Quick, friendly, and HONEST!!! I had multiple quotes/ diagnostics on my vehicle. All which were incorrect and completely unnecessary fixes. I almost got rid of my car, but reed found parts and quickly realized they weren’t necessary. Great price as well!! I am so unbelievably thankful for Reed and the staff!! Thank you! You saved me thousands of dollars, by correctly pinpointing the Real issue. Will recommend to anyone!!!

I just got a new Jeep and thought it needed a new transmission. Brought it to RT and they had it fixed within a few hours. Transmission was fine, I just needed a throttle sensor. They were super honest. Could have taken me for a transmission but got right to the heart of the problem. Great service and staff. I highly recommend them!

Could not recommend a place more for your car fixes!! Shop owner is incredibly personable, honest & puts intimidating car language into words everyone can understand!! Prices are fair & turn around is quick! I was really stressed about my engine & he helped me out as soon as he could! Thankful for all the hard work of those who work there!
