RT Towing & Recovery, LLC

I was stuck at Sunny's in Valley Alabama and it was impossible to get any help from my Allstate roadside towing. I found RT Towing and Recovery on Google and called him and arranged to have my van towed to his shop. Rob Townley the owner said he would make a diagnosis and call us with a price. He called us with a price and we gave him permission to repair my van. Later he called us saying he's finished and even delivered my van to me almost 30 miles away at no extra charge. His price was extremely fair! And he was extremely professional! If needed in the future we will definitely use him again!

Very disrespectful an rude my car still doing the same thing i took it there for an carshield sent my part after i went an got my car from them he told me he sent it back an lied he thought he was going to keep it but i showed them DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE HE IS PREJUDICES

Rob from RT Towing and Recovery is AMAZING!!! He rescued us from the side of I-85 North with 2 flat tires on a Sunday evening when our insurance company was not able to find an "in-network" towing company. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do quickly and efficiently. He was so incredibly nice and very, very helpful. No tire place was open at the time he towed us, so after dropping off our car at Walmart, he took us over to a nearby hotel where we could stay overnight. The next morning, we attempted to call Walmart automotive and could not get through to them or the main Walmart number. It just rang and rang. So we called Rob and he he came to our rescue once again. He went to Walmart, picked up our car and brought it to a local tire company that Rob had recommended. H

When I called RT Towing & Recovery I was greeted with such a friendly voice compared to other towing companies who have a rude tone. They came ASAP and charged a good price well within my price range. 10/10 would recommend

my car broke down & RT towing was the only one that answered & came within 30 minutes. The owner was super nice & he towed my car for a good price! I would most definitely recommend 😉
