Businesses ultimately run on trust, and finding a good mechanic is notoriously difficult. I’ve been to RTE 1 Auto a few times now, and each experience has reinforced why I keep coming back. The first time, I was dealing with persistent electrical problems. I assumed it was a major alternator issue and went to several other mechanics, spent a lot of money, and still never got the problem fully resolved. When I brought the car to RTE 1 Auto, they diagnosed it quickly and correctly as a much simpler wiring issue. The second time I came in was to have new rims and tires installed. I've tried RT1 Auto a handful of times now for various types of auto-services for our cars and been impressed with their level of service, professionalism, and honesty. It's a very nice change from what I used to get from Honda North and am very happy about making the switch to RT1 Auto, echo what other reviewers have said about the difficulty of finding a reliable mechanic. After looking at other places to get my oil change done I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Rt1. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. During my service they noticed that there was a nail in one of my tires, not only did they fix it for me but they put air in all my tires at no cost. Additionally, they reached out prior to pickup to explain the cost and services completed so that there would no confusion in pricing. I’ll be going back in the future and recommending my friends here for service in the future.

Every time I take my car to RTE 1 Auto for service, these guys are on top of their game. The customer service is excellent, and they’re always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. Steve and Chris were awesome. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

Mark was very professional, honest and FAST. My tire went flat for the second time. I had AAA tow to the shop (they were a recommended provider), and they got it on the lift, found a piece of metal, plugged it and my car was ready to go in an hour. Highly recommend!
