Rubens Tires

Extremely professional. They were very fast. I got 2 tires and I am going back on the first to get two more! I would trust them as well if I needed to get my car fixed.

Don’t come here, especially if you’re a woman they’re just gonna take advantage of you like every other auto shop. I came here to get a tire replaced which at first they did work with me and give me a little bit of a discount on the tire. I would’ve gave them a five star review because they were kind and they seemed like they weren’t taking advantage of me within three days, that tire was back flat again. I work three jobs so it’s very hard for me to find time to come and bring my car back to the shop so that they can replace it or do what they need to do. I did eventually get back to the shop to which they told me the 30 days expired and that they would patch it for $35. Why would I pay for that when I originally purchased a used tire and I had the understanding that there was no holes

Friendly, Fair & Knowledgeable! I have gone to Rubens many times over the years & I went there again yesterday. I go to Rubens because I am always confident that they will be friendly, that they will repair my vehicle correctly & not over charge me. They went above & beyond again yesterday! I drove away from Rubens knowing that the 4 used tires they installed, at a very fair price, would keep me safe on the roads!

I came here Last Month for an Oil change. Paid these People $90! I took it back to them because my check engine light and oil light came on not even a week later. They said it was fine. I took it to Walmart up here in Jax. To just be told Rubens tires did not put any OIL in my car. My Car was bone dry and their was NO SIGNS of leakage. They got me for $90 and could have caused some serious damage to my CAR! IDK where the heck Ruben's tires went side ways but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM NOW! If I could give negative stars I would! Ill be contacting my bank to dispute the charge!

If you need your tire changed in a jiff at a fair price, come here. I've come a few times and each time the service provided has exceeded my expectations.
